Tea consumption has its legendary origins in China during the reign of mythological Empror Shennong. A book written by Lu Yu in 618-907 AD(Tand dynasty), The Classic of Tea(in Chinese: 茶经，in Pinyin: Cha Jing) is considered important in green tea history. However, an early record of tea drinking dates to the 3rd century AD, in a medical text written by Hua Tuo.

Our selected organic green tea is from the mountain areas with at least 600 meters altitude in Zhejiang and Shaanxi Province . Using organic farming method is to guarantee the quality of tea. For example, Longjing green tea is one of the top ten famous teas in China, which is produced in Longjing Village of West Lake in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, with a history of more than 1200 years. White tea is one of the six tea in tea family.
