TEA CULTURE

Chinese tea culture is a kind of activity involving the ceremonial preparation and presentation of tea which is well known in China, as well as neighboring countries like Japan and Korea. The concept of tea culture is called ChaYi("the art of drinking tea) composed with several elements such as the tea wares, tea costumes, which is well preserved in mainland China and Taiwan.

Gongfu Cha, means making tea with skill.

Recommended to use small Yixing teapot holding about 100-150 ml.

The best moment is to drink after meal for digestion.

Brewing tea in a Yixing teapot or Gaiwan can be done for provate enjoyment as well as to welcome guests.
